This Way Up
The Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD) has been developing a suite of scientifically-supported online programs for over a decade. All programs are created by experienced clinical psychologists and are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
There are four programs for general wellbeing which are free:
There are also 11 mental health treatment programs which you can complete either on your own or with the supervision of your clinician or GP:

- Social Anxiety Program
- Panic Program
- Health Anxiety Program
- OCD Program
- Mindfulness-Enhanced CBT Program
- Post-Traumatic Stress Program
- Pregnancy and Postnatal Mental Health Programs
- Teen Worry and Sadness Program
You can access treatment for free if your clinician prescribes a program for you. Without a prescription, you can enrol in the 'self-help' option and access a program for a fee of $59.
