Head to Health is a free Australian Government service helping people to access mental health and wellbeing services that are right for them. It provides a tailored experience, connecting you with mental health services based on your needs and preferences. It includes support for those who are caring for others.

Lifeline
Lifeline is a national charity providing 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services.

Beyond Blue
Beyond Blue provides advice, information and tools to help people manage their mental health. You can visit the online peer support community in the Beyond Blue Forums or talk or chat with a counsellor online. The Beyond Blue Support Service is available 24/7 for brief counselling (most calls last around 20 minutes).

Kids Helpline
Kids Helpline is a free 24/7 online and phone counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25. Support is also available for parents and carers, schools and teachers.

13YARN
13YARN is the first national crisis support line for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It offers a confidential one-on-one yarning opportunity with a Lifeline-trained Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Crisis Supporter.
13YARN is funded by the Australian Government with the support of Lifeline and developed in collaboration with Gayaa Dhuwi (Proud Spirit) Australia. It is run by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Suicide Call Back Service
Suicide Call Back Service is a free, nationwide service providing 24/7 phone and online counselling to people affected by suicide. The service can help anyone affected by suicide, including:
- Anyone who is feeling suicidal
- Anyone who is worried about someone
- Anyone who is caring for someone who is feeling suicidal
- Anyone who has lost someone to suicide
- Health professionals supporting people affected by suicide

StandBy Support After Suicide
StandBy Support After Suicide is Australia's leading suicide postvention program dedicated to assisting people and communities bereaved or impacted by suicide. It is an Australian Government initiative.
StandBy Support After Suicide is available from 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
The program offers evidence-based support and resources (including to local services and groups) that is individualised for each person's unique circumstances. The support is continued for up to two years to ensure those that engage with StandBy are not alone and receive ongoing support.
