Laugh for Mental Health - Laughter Workshop
Laughter is the best medicine. Brought to you by the UNSW Arts, Design & Architecture Equity Diversity & Inclusion Committee and Disability and Mental Health Champions, join Cris Popp at our Laughter Yoga workshop for an unforgettable and uplifting experience.
The workshop involves breathing and laughing exercises and positive reinforcements. Laughter Yoga can reduce stress, boost mood, strengthen the immune system and even enhance belonging.
