UNSW is dedicated to developing a culture of wellbeing across the organisation and we are recruiting staff volunteers to take on the role as Wellbeing Champions to help us with this important work.
Wellbeing Champions:
- represent employees and provide feedback relating to improving occupational health and wellbeing at UNSW
- actively promote the UNSW Wellbeing at Work program, whilst highlighting benefits of participation
- communicate and discuss UNSW Wellbeing at Work program information and initiatives with employees and at staff meetings
- advocate for and contribute to building a healthier UNSW community
- be given the opportunity to provide feedback about wellbeing barriers and issues
- have input into programs, services and campus events
- be the first to know about upcoming wellbeing programs
- receive invitations to events and special offers.
