R U OK? Day is Thursday 12 September and the theme of R U OK? Day in 2019 is 'Trust the Signs'.
We can all lend a helping hand by noticing when something is not quite the same with someone we know. If you feel like something has changed or there might be something going on in someone's life, trust your gut instinct and take the time to have a conversation with them. For tips on what to look out for and how to have a conversation, click here.
There will be activities on R U OK? Day in the Central Lecture Block Courtyard from 10am - 2pm. See below for all the details. You can also print off our event poster to display in your area.

Caffe Brioso (the coffee cart on the Library Lawn) is generously supporting R U OK? Day for the fourth year in a row at UNSW! They are running a 2-for-1 offer on regular hot drinks, on receipt of a stamped ticket.
