Uprise is a personal trainer for your mood, resilience and emotional intelligence. Uprise is now being provided as an additional service to UNSW staff, to complement our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with Benestar.
The Uprise program contains audio, video and interactive exercises designed to equip you with proven psychological skills to improve your mood and resilience to stress. The benefits to be gained by regularly using Uprise include:
- Reduction in stress
- Decreased risk of burnout
- Improved sleep
- Improved positive feelings
- Improvements in work efficiency
In addition to the training program, Uprise features a monthly personalised wellbeing and stress check-up to help you track your mental fitness and wellbeing over time. The benefits of tracking your mental health are that you can:
- Identify what is working for you and help you reduce your stress and increase mental fitness
- Identify any ongoing challenges so that you can seek additional help and guidance
