Mental Wellbeing: Building positivity into family life
Managing work and family can be very challenging and stressful. Overcoming difficulties day-in and day-out with no end in sight makes it hard for employees to maintain a positive outlook and to stay focused and productive at work. This session provides ideas for daily practices to help families focus on the positive aspects of life and develop resilience to get them through this time of great change.

- How to generate positive emotions
- Practical strategies to support your child's positivity and resilience
