Pilates - Core Strength and Stability

Pilates is an exercise style with a focus on flexibility, muscular endurance and good postural alignment. This moderate-intensity class will help build core strength through a series of exercises and poses.

This class will take place online, on Thursday 26 May from 2pm - 2:30pm.

Pilates is a moderate intensity exercise class. People who have a heart condition, injury, or any other medical condition which may place them at risk should only exercise under medical supervision, or with prior clearance from a medical professional.
