Converge - New EAP Info Session for UNSW Staff

The UNSW Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is changing. From 1 April, EAP services will be provided by Converge International.

In this info session you will learn what the Converge EAP can do for you as a UNSW staff member and how Converge differs from other EAP providers. 

We will cover everything from how you can track your health and book appointments on the Converge App, to learning where you can get support to coach you through the cost-of-living crisis and other difficult moments in life. 

By the end of this session you should have an understanding of how to book an appointment with Converge’s qualified professionals and what exactly you can talk to them about – it’s more than just counselling.

This information and Q&A session will be held on Teams from 12pm-12:45pm on Tuesday 9 April 2024.
